This is one of the worst sites we have stayed on in the last 8 years.
The site itself is in need of a full revamp, everywhere you go is grotty and there is dog mess that owners haven't cleaned up - my daughter got covered in an open area. This site quite obviously started out as a smaller site and has grown bigger over the years - unfortunately the facilites haven't.
The swimming pool was particulary dreadful - it looked shabby and dirty and was too small for the site - Haven would be better off knocking down the indoor and outdoor pools and making it one big indoor pools. The changing rooms were smelly - most people didn't use them - they wrapped towels around them and went back to their caravans and got changed.
Facilities such as the boating lake, go karts, indoor soft play area to name a few shut between 4 and 5 pm - just when you were coming back from a day out - so that was a waste of time.
The entertainment was a joke - fancy having a Christmas production in July!! If you wanted a drink you queued for ages and paid a fortune. Everywhere - food and drink.
Out caravan was not good - the wok surfacr had water standing on it, that had been there a while - there were marks around everything you moved. The toilet seat has stale wee on the lid. We reported that the toilet roll holder was broken - this was never repaired whilst we were there.
The only plus for this site was the breakfasts we had - although I saw a few people fall down an unnecessary step and spill their food - so be careful!!
Would I go back to this site again - definitely not - we had 3 caravans between us.

Center Parcs - Review - Centre Parcs Oasis Windfell Forest
Centre Parcs say that is was due to refurbishment, I beleive it was due to labour costs at this quiet time of the year. Albeit still great choice in the eating department.
