I bought a treadmill from treadmill superstore in May 2009, it arrived on time and I assembled it and it never worked, I had to constantly phone them and after many dodgy excuses they sent out a part to fix it, the engineer came out to install it but it was the wrong part, then after numerous more phone calls, two new parts were sent, the engineer came installed them, it still didnt work.......now I dont know what to do, I have cancer and this treadmill was supposed to be part of my recovery programme, but I think I'm going to have difficulty getting a replacement treadmill or my money back I wish I'd have read these reviews before purchase.
