My phone was stolen I reported it to police and tmobile. As tmobile are partner company with fonesafe when I reported it to them it went on fonesafes blacklist therefore I had reported it to all parties. They rejected claim saying I did not report it to them even thow tmobile did. When I called tmobile they insisted that fonesafe are an independent company and have nothing to with them but if you call their number the first thing you hear is welcome to phonesafe trading partner of tmobile. Also note I took out this insurance when I bought the phone on the tmobile internet site presuming I had bought it off tmobile direct.
