Having had to wait weeks to view a property with them they then rang to rearrange. I eventually found somewhere else while waiting and cancelled.

As to selling my house, after being given an appointment which was some 3 weeks after contacting them they then rang to ask to change it for another one 4 weeks later. That would have meant approxiamately 2 months after initally contacting them before we even got a valuation. If they do not want or need the business then they should just say. I have wasted nearly a month waiting for them and they expected me to wait another month!

Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere, having no confidence that William H Brown could sell anything in a time frame that is reasonable and the unbelievable way they mess you about. You have to wonder if they actually want your business, never mind what kind of service they would provide if you ever get that far. I feel for the sellers of the property I was interested in. This is no way to run a business.
