I bought a dress from TK maxx 20 days ago. I tried to return it (with receipt) for a refund or credit note. I was confronted by a an extremely rude salesperson who bluntly refused and looked almost smug to be giving me the news the 14 day returns policy was in force and she would not refund. So now I am left with a dress I do not want.But the most annoying thing about the whole experience was the rude, aggressive and dismissive salesperson. Customer Service ? What customer service ? I have since read lots of reviews regarding this. I am not alone in my experience with this poor level of service, probably the worst I have ever experienced ! If they have this policy then they should make it clear at time of purchase. There was no sign up anywhere in store regarding the policy and the sales assistant made no mention of this.
I rarely shop in TK Maxx, and I shall not be stepping foot in their store again. Not a pleasurable retail experience in anyones book.
