I am still awaiting the refund of the money to my card over a month after my order was cancelled by them. Three times they have stated that they have processed the refund, I have waited a few days and the money has not appeared. I shall be reporting them to trading standards (legally they are supposed to refund me within 30 days). I have found the customer service very friendly and I have even been emailed by one of the directors twice, but still no money. That has only served to make me anxious about the financial viability of Digital Empire.
