Was well produced 5 years ago when I first started using it but has not improved enough over that time and has sadly lost its innovative advantage over rival banks.

Lloyds internet banking needs a radical upgrade to bring it upto date (eg more features/control over accounts without needing to go into branches or ring up and use of java script technology to make it more user friendly).
