trying to arrange a loan, it's been approved, but no one knows if they've recieved the signed papers sent 5 days ago, or how long it might actually take for the loan to appear; someone randomly phoned me to make sure everything was alright with the loan, which they could apparently see on their screen. I couldn't see it, so the loan wasn't alright, but they couldn't help me with that, couldn't transfer me either, gave me a phone number that didn't work, I tried another number, that person couldn't help, they didn't know why the other person had phoned me, etc. about to give up on smile internet banking I think. It seems rather confused and confusing, not very reassuring :(
