over all the presidential ms nile commodore was ok apart from the food ,the choice of breakfast was awfull ie' chrisps and hotdog sausages etc etc .the staff were great the waiters were great but i am sorry to say the food was awfull if they sort it out (thompson hols) then i'm sure it would be 70% better. as for the trips they were cool and would love to go back to egypt

    I'm sorry, I cannot agree with this customer's view about the food on the Nile Commodore. I have been on this boat 4 times, so far,(Feb '09 last) and have always found a good choice of food at meal times. For breakfast you can choose cereal, fresh fruit, fruit salad, omlettes, warm food (does vary,but it is Egypt not Britain), croissants, breads/toast with a selection of jam or marmalade, all of which is well presented. To say "hot dog sausages and crisps" (I must say I can't remember seeing crisps at breakfast!)gives the idea that there were no other choices available,but this is not the case. I would certainly not have returned so many times if the food had been that unpalatable.I have also always received excellent service throughout the boat and would be more than happy to return.
