Recently returned our car to Car hire uK and found the service to be exceptional good value for money, vehicle latest specifiation new vehicle, and cant go wrong for only £265.55 for 3 weeks hire, we took excess cover so never paid a deposit, as we damaged a car with hertz and got stung, well paid for damage is suppose never a nice feeling, but certainly recommend good value for money.

    I found this review not helpful because...I am one of the many victims of this company. They took my deposit and refused to anser phone calls or refund my money.
    I should have looked on the web before booking, this company has a reputation for not reunding deposits. It just amazes me they can stay in business.

    Strange, because when I rented a car from this company all I got was excuses for not returning my depsosit. Then I checked out the compay on the internet which I should have done before renting the car and found they have a history of not refunding customers deposits.

    I found this review not helpful because...I was a victim of car-hire-uk.com and had to fight tooth and nail for a refund of my deposit.
    I did a lot of investigation on this company and it doesn't take much effort to find an overwhelming number of complaints on the web regarding this company.
    I believe this review is another attempt by car-hire-uk.com to counter the bad reports. Anybody thinking of hiring a car from this company don't take my word for it search the web and just see the number of complaints. This review is just to good to be genuine!
