Worst car company I have ever encountered. I arranged to view a car at Motorpoint for 5:30 only to be told after a 40 mile drive that the car was locked away in another compound. Customer service is woeful - to the point I was told that I as a customer was to blame for it being so late. No-one at the site seems to take responsibility for the problems they have. To make matters worse when I cancelled the order I was told the deposit that I had placed on the car using a card could only be refunded with a cheque - I complained about that and was told that they would refund it to my card. Next day a cheque payable to my wife arrived despite me being the only person to lay out a financial commitment. Found a better spec car chaeper elsewhere (Perrys) 2 days later.
