Made reservations via internet and thought we were getting a good price. Made sure to have Master Card Gold and even added coverage to my own exsisting policy, which I carried with me. We arrived and had to sign paperwork. Took shuttle to get car, which was beat and scratched up, all up one side and down the other, took photos before leaving so not to get blamed and the car had over 80,000 on it. Not a car I would expect. If I hadnt been up for over 32 hours I would have time to stand there and argue over the revolting car, but by this point I was exhausted. When I got home I checked my Credit Card and not only was I charged the original amount advertised on the internet, there was a second charge of well over $600.00. I have emailed Holiday Autos and have went back and forth to get NO satisfaction. So I paid just short of $1000 for a rental that was to cost me $270.00. BEWARE, some things are not as great as they seem. Go with a more reputable company with NO extra hidden charges. I, myself am not done fighting over this rip off. I just hope enough people take mine, along with so many others advice and STEER clear of this fradulent company.
