I'm afraid I have nothing but contempt for this company. Their customer service is almost non-existent.
I only wish I had found out sooner about the problems that all customers with ebuyer eventually face. I was lucky, I guess. But no matter, because I will never, ever use them again, after the appalling treatment I have received. I only hope this makes it through the filtering process, so that others are not made to pay.
