Whatever you do, just stay away from them. They have very attractive prices but the level of service is very poor. We've only been with Something Broadband for 2 months and the stress level is right up. We have the Broadband and telephone (VoIP) with them and we have encountered numerous problems with our line connection. At last, it seems to be working, but how long for?? We have been able to finally use the connection for just over a straight week (hooray!!) and I have noticed that the speed consistency is poor. The quality of the phone line is also pretty poor at times, so poor that it makes it difficult to have a conversation.

When you call them, they are usually all very polite and cheerful but they are not helpful. What you want is a solution, not a string of apologies.

When we thought the dust had finally settled, we got a phone call from our previous broadband provider claiming that we have not paid our bills. Something said at the start of the contract that they will deal with everything and that they would contact the current providers. Well, this turned out to be wrong! and now, they are completely washing their hands of it and are refusing to help us in our battle with our previous provider.

There are too many things to tell. All I say is that I regret very much having signed up with them.

Oh, and if they tell you that they will not be any gap between the disconnection with your previous supplier and the connection with them, well that's a lie. Expect to be without a broadband connection for about 1 to 2 weeks. Think about this if you're using the internet for work!!!
