I have just discovered that our excess has been hiked up to £250 + 30%. They sneak it in the small print and do not make it clear at all. My vet is horrified at the excess and has never experienced this amount ever - including larger animals.
I am now doing all I can to expose this practice PAWS Pet Insurance seem to adpot including going to Which? magazine.
