This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Their only focus is to make money even if it means giving out misinformation. I entered into a contract direct with Vodafone for one mobile phone and number. I received a call asking if everything was ok and did I need anything. My phone had not arrived at this point and I stated he could help by having it delivered to my work address and he said it was no problem. He also asked me if I would like a further sim for the phone and I told him I didn't need one. The phone arrived at my home address and two additional sim cards arrived at my work address. The bill followed with three numbers on and three contract sums. I stopped the direct debit so that they didn't take payment and telephoned. Over the telephone they insisted that I had to pay for all but by letter they accepted their mistake but payments have not been made by direct debit since and they keep charging additional for this. I have telephoned, written and issued additional direct debit mandates, which they have not implemented and I'm still arguing with them. They have disconnected me twice now and say that I am not entitled to any compensation. They are complete idiots. I will never, ever, ever, ever use vodafone again.
