Had a very bad experience with India Florist Network while ordering items online. I ordered a rakhi and sweets online,to be dispatched to US.
During the credit card payment process step their application errored and I was not sure if the payment has been realized.
I called up their call center to find out if the payment went through and the order has been confirmed. The agent was extremely rude and did not bother to help. She asked us to find out the details from the credit card issuing bank and slammed the phone down.
After logging a complaint with them we then followed up with the bank. The bank mentioned that the payment has been realized at the time of the transaction itself.

Even after two days, we did not receive the order confirmation and then we called up to cancel the order as we placed another order in the meantime to ensure that the rakhi reaches ontime to US. They mentioned that the order confirmation has been sent on the next day itself. Even after two days we have not received the email (can'tnderstand how an email takes two days!).

Finally, they were not at all willing to listen and mentioned that the order has been dispatched and refused to cancle the order. They are penalizing customers for no fault. Beware of this portal ...you may run into issues if you transact with these guys....
