I've never made any claims on any of my many various insrance policies I have had for many years, sadly my 3year old Spaniel dog died after a short illness. Tesco customer service was diabolical & they eventualy found an excuse not too pay a relatively small final bill. Wish I'd stayed with M&S cover. Its fair to say I detest Tesco as an organisation now.
