I was expecting a delivery of a parcel via DHL from an online store. It never arrived. When i eventually spoke to DHL i was told it was returned to sender due to 'inadequate address' After double checking with the online retailer, the address given was perfectly legitimate & correct. Are they incapapable of reading an address? As far as i can see they had no good reason for returning the parcel to sender. The online retailer has now refunded me, therefore i am without my item and the retailer has lost the sale. I am furious with DHL and after reading the reviews i cannot recommend them to anyone. I have emailed DHL for a full explanation, which i await with interest.
