Appalling delivery service from Oli. I ordered Friday and as "next day delivery as standard" I was hopeful it would arrive in time for a wedding the following weekend. Saturday passed- no dress, but i put this down tot he time of day (midday) which i placed my order. Monday passed- slightly disappointing. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday- STILL NO DRESS. Contacted several times by email received a reply saying it would be with me by the following Monday (too late for the wedding). Checked order status online, wednesday night, progress said "contact us" so I phoned up only to be told that they were very sorry but I may not receive it until 1st August (2 weeks after ordering- next day delivery?? pah) which according to the customer service advisor is "unexplainable" as it's "still in stock".

Useless. Awful. Don't bother.

Will never use Oli again.
