I ordered an instrument cluster from 24-7 spares. Incorrect item delivered by Acme Car Salvage. Despite several E-Mails, telephone calls and Recorded Delivery letters requesting an exchange I was totally ignored. Spoke to a lady at 247 - she asked me to send full details in an E-Mail and promised a resolution that day. Despite a further E-Mail I have heard nothing. I now have to decide whether or not it's worth taking legal action - for £42??? Would I deal with 247 again? - you bet I wouldn't!!!
