Have been with Orange since it took over from Wanadoo. They got my connection speed up to close on 8Mbps for 18 months but have twice caused probems. On both occasions it took over a month to sort out and endless phone calls. I think I would prefer to drink battery acid than deal with this company again. When things are OK the company seems OK but when things go wrong-boy what a complete disaster area they are! Customer service is appalling with conflicting answers being given-and all at a very high price-British Gas is easier to deal with than Orange! Tip is to search 'saynoto0870.com' and get freephone complaints number so you don't pay orange's exorbitant phone rates. Persevere then change ISP-The future is S***e with Orange-they haven't got a clue! Arrrggghhhhhhhhhh! speed now 4Mmbs up from 500kbps and still getting calls....
