Ordered tickets from ticketmaster and selected secure post as the said they would email me to let me know when tickets had been dispatched, therefore I would plan to be home to sign for them. No email received. No tickets received. Apparently they sent them via secure post and have GPS location and image of my front door to prove delivery, but no tickets came through my door and they can't prove otherwise! After many calls and emails they refused to sort replacement tickets. They have also refused to refund - say they are not responsible for lost tickers or for service provided by their delivery suppliers. This is now going through the county courts - sale of good act, distance selling act, unfair clause in contract.. DO NOT TRUST THEM - THEY USE POOR DELIVERY SUPPLIERS AND TO TOP IT ALL HAVE NO APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CARE TO HELP WHEN THINGS GO WRONG - COMPLETE RIP OF.

I found this review very helpful because...im having the same problem with ticketmaster £328 of tickets delivered to wrong address they are refusing to take liability or help




I found this review very helpful because...it was reassuring to see that there are other people out there experiencing the same grief as myself. 4 tickets purchased for u2 and no tickets received. No refund, no apology. No one to complain to, utterly appauling.
