Upon purchasing an instansite package with 123-reg I was immediately struck with the problem of not being able to access the instant site editor, i rang the helpline and they were able to resolve the issue, although the agent could have been more polite as he seemed to think i had no idea what I was talking about! The second problem i encountered was publishing my site, which didnt actually become live for 4 days, which according to the very generic help email's was down to a DNS error (which a friend in the profession said takes no more than 12 hrs to remedy!) I would not recommend the service to a friend as i have since seen much more friendly hosting sites elswhere and I will be changing as soon as my term is over
