I purchased 2 konica minolta magicolors over a year ago - both suffer from print chip errors - I have wasted hours of time and the method of changing cartridges is not easy - even the engineer that came out when printer in warranty messed up on changing these - after much hassle Konica offered a voucher towards new cartridge in view of mistakes. Dont buy this unless you buy the extended warrany and/ or you have time and money to waste.
