I used rescuemycar last sunday night. It cost £40 and whilst they came out very quickly all they done was use jump leads, declare they didnt know what was wrong and as the garage was closed they would pull it to my home(about 0.5 miles). I was told to arrange a garage and recall to arrange to have the car taken to the garage. Fair enough i thought. What they failed to mention is that it would cost another £40. I am wrong to assume that if they started a job they should finish it? After all had it been 12 hours later when the garage was open they'd have taken me there.
If you wouldn't expect that then go with them but if you like me think its unreasonable i'd avoid them. After all had it been 12 hours later when the garage was open they'd have taken me there.
