been with orange broad band 15 months had two live boxes both broke down every week sometimes 7 times in one day their customer service drove me to madness telling me to unplug box time and time again (148 times overlast 6 monthes and charged me for phone calls to call centre,, i was mislead ,hung up on several times, called a liar and lied to
had to get legal advice to get rid of contract ignored 2 letters i sent
only thing they got right was taking my money every month,, if orange broadband was only i s p i would do without first,, if your having problems contact i.s.p.a. on line
