DO NOT HIRE WITH THIS COMPANY. It is now 1 day to go to our holiday and Car Hire Agency has not sent our car hire voucher. Even if it does arrive within the next 12hours it's still too late, it has spoilt our first day on holiday due to the fact we will not have a car and now will have to pay £800+ on a credit card to get one. We have already paid out £770 in May 2009 for nothing. Plus this company is full of excuses and does not seem to care. We have had USA car hire from several companies over a 25 year period and have NEVER had this happen before. STEER WELL CLEAR
