The service is awful they say the report is free but even if you cancel within the 30 days, you will still be charged 6.99. This happened to me and someone else I know. You cannot call them about it their numbers send you through loops before eventually saying they cannot help you and the automated service cuts you off. AVOID. The Experian service is better. Just use Equifax for their statutory report, nothing else. They even had invalid details of addresses when my supplying credit agreements were correct, the house number had been split into two pieces, one part being the house number the second part appearing on the next line of address! Truly awful service.
