WizzAir leaves the traveler guessing about the policy / law with respect to traveling children. My niece and her parents were turned back at the airport, even though they had in their possession a notarized document to allow my niece to join our family on a vacation.
WizzAir lacked any means to advise the purchaser to be informed about what policy would need to be satisfied. We know recouping our damages will be a tough fight. Even if we do get our money back, our frustration and many others who experience similar treatment at the Marosvasarhely / Tirgu Mures airport will be difficult to digest or forget.
