To all the people on here who have difficulty in getting a refund from Bennetts insurance. Provided you ask for a full refund within 14 days they are obliged to give a full refund. I was just over £100 short changed wrote them a letter to customer complaints got no reply. Write to
'The Financial Onbudsman' be clear and concise. I finally got my refund well I have a letter to say its in the post. Check out Carole Nash and avoid Bennetts my wife's lost her no claims discount after she just notified them she skidded. Re enstated just a mess the reneway policy was for two years cover. Sheer incompetence no customer service automatically takes their renewal using your credit card. Not on
