Discribed as "a few days of pure luxury and indulgence", somewhat of a joke. Started off on a dirty coach which was not cleaned during the whole break. Hotel room was very nice, recently modernised, and hotel one would imagine was once very grand, although now seemed in places a little tired, however treated as second class citizen by some staff as we were on the "COACH PARTY". Breakfast good, but as for the evening meal expected fantastic cuisine received english take-away (Kebab). Trips out seemed to always coincide with the shops either not open or shut for lunch. Overnight return hotel was awful and the food barely edible. Whole trip a disappointment,will never book with Shearings again.
