My experience of Motorpoint is not good. After ordering the car, which came from Derby, it took 8 weeks for it to be delivered. Customer care is not good, with frequent promises to return my calls which were rarely kept. They promised to steam clean the engine, but failed to do this. Now six weeks after taking delivery of the car I am still waiting for the registration documents to arrive. As usual it is someone elses fault! Not impressed.
