BT Vision is not all its cracked up to be. Want to watch an HD Film you have to be patient it takes a download overnight or during the day if you have the grass to mow and the shoping to do. When you contact BT Vision, at least when I do I have real problem with the customer service reps dialogue and end up loosing my temper. IT SHOULD BE GREAT BUT IN REALITY IT IS NOT. THE RUNNING COSTS RSE THE ONLY GOOD THING ABOUT IT.
