We recently completed 14 day classic Europe tour with Taj Tours. Our overall experience was very good. Things we liked - food was excellent, especially being Indian vegetarian. Tour manager was very good. Covered all the places advertised. Good to see lots of places in short amount of time.
Some people may not like this type of tour due to "minor irritations" such as: Taj office staff issues (responsiveness, different deals for everyone), places they pick for lunch (mostly roadside), other passengers (Indian behaviors), some hotels (no AC) and in general little time at any one spot.
I would recommend this tour if this is your first time going to Europe.
