This is the second time Ticket Master has lost my tickets for the same event. Somehow they dispatch the tickets but don't deliver them to my home. As they will not duplicate tickets we will have to queue up at the Box office again. As we need to enter the venue at the disabled access this causes us considerable inconvenience. But do they care, not a jot. It is impossible to complain either on the phone or on the web. They are a law unto themselves and what's more annoying is that the promoters let them carry on providing a rubbish service and we have no choice. Its buy the tickets from Ticket Master or don't go to the event. not much comsumer choice there.
