I had to cancel a Qatar Airways flight from Washington, DC to Kathmandu and was approved by airlines for a full refund on the same day. Seven (7) months later, I still have not received the refund despite calls, letters, e-mails and even in-person visits to the local Qatar Airways office and a call to their refund processing agent, ARC. I've recieved nothing but confusing information and the run-around. In desperation I wrote to the Qatar Airways headquarters in NJ, and received no response. Let the buyer beware -- if you use this airline and need to cancel for any reason, you may never get your refund.
