Cineworld is the only cinema in Ipswich; making it quite hard to compare to others. Although the refreshments are insanly overpriced they are of good quality and the large popcorns and drinks are good value. The seats are OK but some of them are ripped, the drink holders broken and some of the seats are wobbly. The tickets are over priced; like most things in the cinema, also if going, without looking online first, can be potentially problematic because the prices are so high you wouldnt know how much money to bring. The film choice is very good they have all the latest films and trailers. The picture quality is very good on most films although glitchy in some of the older films. Cineworld Ipswich has good custmer services they take what you say do somthing about it.The toilets are particually humerouse because they have the leading role of famouse actors and actress on the doors also kept in spiffing condition and cleaned well.
