Rubbish rubbish customer service, no matter when you phone you are left on hold for 40 minutes, every time it's 40 minutes and then you either get cut off or someone answers but mostly they never do, everytime there is a problem you know you have to ring them and you dread it because of this, the phone bill is huge and with your money you want to be able to speak to someone whenever you feel the need arises, Virgin make this impossible! We also found out we were paying for card protection for this Virgin credit card and when my husband phoned to say he had been made redundant and was there anything they could do they failed to say that the card protection would provide insurance which turns out the insurance would pay the 5% of the minimum payment and stop Virgin charging interest, in fact they failed to mention the card protection at all, we were paying £7 roughly every month for a year for this service!
Seriously rubbish, I would recommend just going to your bank and having a chat with them at least you can walk in there anytime to discuss your finances!!
