I have been with Atlantic Gas and Electricity for nearly two years. They are not the cheapest but I chose them because they were rated top for good customer service which is equally important is what I have got to date. They regularly advise when bills are available online, a meter reader calls about twice a year and readings are accurate and they gave the loyalty refund after twelve months of the cost of a month's gas and electricity. Last year I lost my job and their customer services were helpful and agreed to my request to leave my gas price as it was when prices were soaring. I have looked at other sites but have seen nothing better which would make me change.
