I was planning to stay with streamlinenet for the unforseeable future until my renewal date came up last month. All of a sudden the renewal invoice was the only thing I could see, all access to my control panel (support ticket system etc) had been blocked. Not only that, but the invoice did not include information on what I was paying for. I tried to contact them to find out what exactly I was paying for, but no reply. Eventually I decided that I couldn't have anything to do with a company that operates like this, so I decided to ignore the invoice and start up with a new server.
My invoice is still there though and I am worried that I will get into a fight with streamlinenet. I am now considering whether I have to go back to them and cancel my new account with another server (they at least offer a 30 day money back deal).
I definitely don't recommend this company.
