Printer Inks have terrible customer service,after 3 weeks still waiting for a refund on goods ,poor telephone response and various emails have had little or no effect,would never use again

    Dear Customer,

    We appreciate your custom and although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and exceptional customer services, we do at times encounter a massive surge of Orders placed on the Customer Service Lines which had resulted in to longer than usual delays in answering these calls.

    I would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused and would urge you to call our Customer Services team on 0800 043 1001 between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday to Friday to help assist you with this issue. I am sure you will find any future dealings with us of the standard you expect from a professionally run Customer Services Department.
