Absolutly would not use Virgin Credit Cardagain! wanted to pay off my balance and it took my 25 mins waiting on hold on the phone! I thought i would see how long it took them to answer my call if i rang the application 'hotline' or the 'transfer payment to your account line' and surprise surprise they answer them straight away!
