I was with Virgin mobile on an 18 month contract. Signal coverage where I live was non existant so I complained until I had my contract terminated at 12 months. However, "the Team" as Virgin like to call themselves put me on a pay as you go tariff, without telling me, resulting in a massive bill . I questioned their methods and was rewarded with a letter from a debt collection agency and threat of ccj's etc. They will not e-mail you and only contact I received was on my home phone. In short, I'd rather walk around with a nail in my shoe than use Virgin mobile again and I'd beg people not to use them because their customer service is horrendous.
