Absolutely the worst rental experience ever. I will never use Avis again after this. The night-time rental assistant was so rude for a minute I thought I was on 'Candid Camera'. Unfortunately I wasn't, and it took two hours to go through the rental process. I didn't get out of there until 2am, and this made what was already a difficult trip even worse (was visiting elderly and unwell parents in Arkansas). To make matters even worse, I wasn't given the car I requested, and was over-charged by nearly $500. If you have any other options, do not use this branch of Avis!
