Coopbank to me is worst bank poor everything they are charging me £19.50 as they say i did not have enough funds in my account
to pay a direct debit i was just a few pence overdrawn the day before i had £140+ in there i could not belive i was overdrawn this as the third time first time they let me off second time i was charged £19.50 now again and for the same debit TV licence £11.00 mounthly and i never knew till they sent me a letter a week later i will try my best not to pay them i shall draw every penny out as soon as it go's in i have opened a new account with loyds TSB i honestly cant wait to get out of coop its caused me nothing but stress they are so slow updating account details
haveing to cancle direct debits and reopening them all because of a few pence and slow internet banking it is a depressing bank and evry letter comes with a warning i cannot overdraw if this happens again they will close my account sorry but i will not give them the chance im leaveing i feel a relief allready cant wait till tomorrow i cannot stress how bad this bank is
