Haven Holidays, Hafan y Mor was great for kids they enjoyed the swimming pool and entertainment at nights in the showbar. But the Lakeside inn where we went for meals most days I have to say is probably the worst place to eat ever for me as i am a chef. The food was over cooked . grey scrambled egg. and cold tikka masala . You are supposed to stay at door till someone comes to seat you . Well most of the time there was nobody there for a good 10 -15 mins . We got breakfast and had finished it before toast arrived. and on the menu it says if you order a big breakfast you get unlimited tea or coffee when we asked for top up we were told no you want more you have to pay .So my advice if you are hungry go somewhere else. Caravans we arrived at 2 oclock check in is 4 and they mean 4 you wont get into caravan till 4 on dot even though you get key on arrival. what a joke .and caravans werent that clean anyway. i found the staff over the Railway bridge to be very cheeky and unfriendly. and what is it they say .oh yeh THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. looking for good family fun and good food -weather go some where else .
