Gameseek acted as if they hold the cheapest price for the PS3 Accessories, and added a £2 delivery! Making it the same as other retailers. £29.
I specifically put a different alternate address but not for my invoice address, item was delivered to invoice address:/
Customer service doesn't even know what they are talking about, chatting about they know Royal Mail and always lose items etc
They told me it was delivered to my input (alternate) address and later saying it was delivered to the invoice:/
The manager/supervisor had to communicate with me via e-mail to get this sorted. He told me to check the Royal Mail HQ (where they keep undelivered packages), I checked, nothing there. Till I went to my invoice address and found out the item was there. I waited 3/4 weeks for nothing! They may hold the cheapest price for a game, but you'll have to pay for a delivery and eventually matching other retailers price!
