I am very disappointed with lastminute.com. I booked an 'experience' for my wife for Mother's day which included a goodie bag and bubbly but we did not receive this even though we paid over the odds extra in addition to the experience.
Two emails were ignored after which I followed up with 'phone calls. They then had the cheek to try and get ME to 'phone the supplier to request the items or a refund. I've refused to do this and told them that as my contract was with them it is their responsibility. I'm still awaiting a resolution but my next step is to instruct my credit card company to refund the WHOLE amount and let lastminute.com resolve it with them.
I might add that this is not the first time I have received appalling customer service from them. They are polite on the 'phone but never do anything effective.
