Absolutely shockingly bad experience. Show was cancelled, and I could not attend the rescheduled show as I left the country for two weeks the day after the cancelled show.

Stargreen have refused to refund the ticket outright claiming that I needed to have returned the ticket to them 6 days before the rescheduled show and that they emailed this statement. Obviously I was not able to return the ticket, due to being out of the country.

They are since refusing point blank to refund, despite it clearly stating on the back of the ticket I am absolutely due a refund. The manager of the shop in Oxford circus has been rude and obnoxious about this also.
